Drone On
Looks like the seized (stolen) drone was not really spying on the Chinese, something that doesn't make a whole lot of sense considering where it was seized, so the Chinese are returning it. It probably wasn't sophisticated enough for them to reverse engineer.

Here's My Take: "The drone was mapping the sea bottom in international water. Of course they were probably doing it to aid in submarine detection for the future but it wasn't much more than a sophisticated depth sounder with a camera. Nothing to excite them as far as technology goes or they wouldn't have given it back." MYT
